How freezer cold rooms work

After a gas refrigerant is compressed, it expands and absorbs energy. The hot gas from the compressor passes over the evaporator coils and, after liquefying under high pressure, cools the evaporator coils and the surrounding air. Efficient insulation is also important for maintaining temperature.

Blast freezer storage

Blast freezers can be used to store fresh produce such as raw and cooked meat. They can help extend the storage life of poultry and fish while maintaining freshness and taste.
